SRI LANKAN RED DAHL * VOROSLENCSE SRI LANKAI MODRA

I absolutely love this dahl (lentil)… I really like those recipes that I learn from friends from other cultures or during my trips ,etc... I feel totally privileged having the chance to try lots of home made Sri Lankan food via my very good friend and her Sri Lankan husband. red lentil 300 gr 1 onion chopped 3 cloves of garlic pressed mustard seed cinnamon stick  mild curry powder  half a tea spoon cumin powder half a tea spoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 1 Kallo veggie stock cube chilli (not much!) fenugreek seed curryleaves ( fresh if possible, I never have fresh ones) coconut milk tinned ( dont use the whole 400 ml for 300 grs of lentil, use the rest for a smoothy or make some cake but it is worth it to buy the 400 ml one) salt Wash the red lentil first a few times add turmeric, salt and the veggie cube  and cook it in twice as much water as the lentil it takes ca 10-15 minuntes.  In a frying pan (I use wok) fry the chopped onion add ...
