Carbs * Szenhidrat

Carbs......everyone's enemy.... we all share different theories about carbs... and people who make massive amount of money from the fashion diets are so happy that we want to try all different diets especially because we beliebe we don't need to eat carbs. breakfast porridge mix * reggeli zabpehelykeverek

I eat porridge for breakfast at least Monday to Friday but sometimes at the weekends too. I always mix the porridge with seeds in advance it is a lot cheaper and better I believe. I can simply not stand the premixed porridge in the shops that contains a large amount of sugar that is not good for you at all.. I grind the seeds myself in the Nutribullet or in the coffer grinder. Mix as much superfood together as you can Porridge (try to buy organic) Flaxseed Pumkinseed Sunflower seed Amaranth ( popped) Chia seed Hempseed Psyllium Husk Keep it in a big bowl one at home one at work and your healthy breakfast is sorted. I always make it with hot water and add some cinnamon powder and crashed nuts to it before I eat it. ( I dry roast the nuts it is a lot tastier like that) Minden nap zabpehely kevekeket eszem reggelire hetkoznap mindig de neha hetvegen is. Elore bekeverem egy nagy tartoba, es van egy nagy adag a munkahelyemen es egy otthon. A magokat Nutribulletben...
